Two routine dental appointments per year to provide:
  • Clinical Examination
  • Checking for signs of Oral Cancer
  • Up to 3 x-rays where clinically necessary
Two hygiene appointments per year to provide:
  • Scale and Polish
  • Oral Hygiene Instruction
  • Periodontal Advice
  • Preventative Technique to reduce Decay and Gum Disease
Dental Care Plan

Before seeking treatment wherever possible obtain pre-autorisation. Pre-authorisation determines if an event or incident would be considered under the Scheme, such as an Emergency appointment or, if you have suffered Dental Trauma.
